my step dad is a lazy retard he didn't pay the water bill... and the ppl called ad said ur water is sceduled to be turned off... so i went and told him and he was like o did i forget to pay that... omg i can' live without water and he acts like he doesn't even care!!!!! ugh ugh ugh how freakin' annoying can ppl get ??????
